•NSW businesses throw away over 33% of their food

•Wasting food also wastes water, energy and natural resources

•Food waste in landfill emits greenhouse gases such as methane, which contributes to climate change

This toolkit will provide food donation resources for businesses and community groups, including tips for success, applications forms, food safety information, legal guidelines, and data collection tools.
